These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website, operated by Zebra Home ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and give accurate name, phone, email and address details when you order.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to show products, sizes and colours as accurately as possible. Photos may be for illustration, and slight differences in colour, finish or packaging can occur. Product details are provided by us and our fulfilment partners.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Any shipping charges, taxes and discounts are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We accept online payments through secure payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. We may limit or disable COD for certain pincodes, orders or customers.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed only when it is accepted and dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be serviced, the information provided is incorrect, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the full amount is refunded.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, which requires a complete, uncut unboxing video for every claim.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, post false information, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics and logos belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the "Last updated" date.
